Melissa: Believe it or not, that is what the drill team lieutenants wore at my high school. Someday when you are bored, I wll tell you how it was made. (felt hat, turkey feathers, sequins, rabbit pelts, etc.) Maybe I should bring it to the reunion and do a dance for everyone. : )
