The Bony Brothers had a great Halloween with lots of friends and candy. We started the evening at a neighbor's house where everyone loaded up on pizza then set off to trick or treat. I headed back to the house to pass out candy. The best part was when my own kiddos and their buddies knocked on my door! By 8:15 I had passed out 12 GIANT bags of candy. John started passing out candy from our own kids' buckets. After that we turned out the lights and people STILL came and stood at our door. Not sure of what part of no lights, not answering door they did not get! : )
When Ryan saw Reagan's costume, he had to have an "eleon" costume as well.
I also discovered these smiling masks were great for pictures. For all I know their eyes are closed and they are not smiling underneath. As long as their bodies were generally facing the camera, we were golden.

Happy Camper
Reagan and four of his buddies left this morning for Pine Cove. He was really excited and I was really sad!! I can't wait until he gets home this afternoon and hopefully tells me all about it! Here is a tiny picture of the gang - if you click on it you might be able to enlarge it and see their happy faces.

One Fish, Two Fish
The boys just wrapped up two weeks of swimming lessons. The boys both did a great job. Reagan advanced so much this year. He is no longer timid and standing at the end of the line. He is a full fledged swimmer - jumping off diving boards and swimming the length of the pool! So proud! This was Ryan's first year and he loved it. He could barely touch the bottom of the pool on his tip-toes and spent much of his time bobbing around. His teacher called him the eager beaver and said he would progress leaps and bounds next year when he was wee bit taller!

Kindergarten Graduation
Reagan is a Kindergarten graduate! He had a wonderful year - we LOVED his teacher and he learned so much. I cannot believe he will be headed off to first grade next year on a school bus. : (
School Principal, Mrs. Shepherd
They sang a song that was so sweet even I got teared-up!

Reagan's sweet teacher, Mrs. Bunt. We will all miss her!
After the ceremony, Reagan's class got to hit the playground and had the place to themselves.
Ryan made a buddy and made himself at home on the playground.

I thought this was cute. Reagan was sitting here and his classmate Victoria joined him in the shade. The two sat and talked for a while. Do you think he could scoot any further down the bench from her??
Deep discussion
